Bio
Jamie J. Bolles is the Founder and Owner of America’s Home Pros, a family-owned Arizona company dedicated to transforming homes with quality, integrity, and the motto “One Call Does It All.”
Born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska, Jamie grew up in a hardworking, middle-class contracting family. From a young age, he played sports and spent countless hours helping his dad on job sites, learning the value of a strong blue-collar work ethic, honesty, compassion, and true pride in workmanship—principles that still define the company today.
Jamie moved to Arizona, where he graduated from Arizona State University. Inspired by his father’s legacy, he followed in those footsteps and launched his own contracting business, determined to do things differently. He focused on comprehensive repairs and replacing before any repainting could begin, refusing shortcuts and building a reputation for treating every customer’s home like it was his own.
Today, as the heart of America’s Home Pros, Jamie leads with the same values he learned early on: doing the job right the first time, running toward problems instead of away from them, and delivering lasting results in Arizona’s harsh climate. His vision—”Repair—Replace—Repaint”—and the exclusive ArmorCoat system reflect his commitment to excellence and building lifelong relationships with homeowners. Jamie resides in Chandler Arizona, is married and has two kids. His oldest boy attends Baylor university in Waco Texas and other son is a Senior at Basha Highschool planning to play college baseball.
Andre Aubut

André Aubut is the General Manager at America’s Home Pros, bringing a genuine passion for strong relationships and outstanding results to every home project.
Born in Minnesota, André grew up with that classic “Minnesota Nice” spirit—kindness, hard work, and putting people first. He moved to Scottsdale just before high school, fell in love with Arizona, and has called it home ever since. For over 20 years, he’s been happily married to his wife Casey, and they’re proud parents to two great kids: a daughter who’s a senior at Basha High School and a son playing college baseball in Seattle.
With more than 28 years in sales leadership and client relationships—spanning technology and Arizona’s luxury real estate—André has built a reputation for listening well, solving problems thoughtfully, and always going the extra mile with trust and integrity.
At America’s Home Pros, he applies that same dedication to ensure every homeowner feels heard, valued, and excited about their home’s transformation. He leads the team to do things right, communicate openly, and treat every house like it’s their own family’s—creating homes families love for years to come.
Stan Elder
Business Development Manager
Bio
Stan Elder is the Director of Business Development at America’s Home Pros, and he brings over 35 years in Arizona’s home services industry.
Raised in Plymouth, Minnesota, Stan moved to Phoenix with his family 52 years ago to escape the blizzards. He’s married, father of four, and grandfather to two.
Since 1987, Stan has owned remodeling companies focused on room additions, bathrooms, HVAC, windows, and doors—building one of the Valley’s largest window firms. (Jamie Bolles even worked for him in 2000!)
Stan lives by “Say what you mean, mean what you say, and always do the right thing,” prioritizing integrity and solving problems head-on. He joined AHP after verifying its strong customer reviews, excited by how homeowners love the unique, quality transformations.
He stays active with workouts, racquetball, golf, and travel. To every homeowner: “If I can’t do it right, I won’t do it—great work is everything to me.”
